How often is information fetched from my accounting software?
Debtor Daddy connects to your accounting software once a day at around midnight and fetches the following information: New invoices, recent payments (since the last update), new contacts, and changes to existing contacts.
Can Debtor Daddy make changes to my accounting data?
No. Debtor Daddy only reads data from your accounting software, it does not make any changes to your data.
If you need to makes changes to invoice or contact details in Debtor Daddy you should make them in your accounting software first, then run the manual update function in Debtor Daddy to fetch the latest changes to invoices and contacts.
Is my accounting data safe?
Yes. Your Debtor Daddy data is backed up daily and data transmission is secured by industry standard 128 bit encryption.
Our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon EC2 and has been audited and tested by 3rd party security experts.
Can I cancel my account at anytime?
Yes. After your free trial period you can choose either a monthly or annual billing frequency. If you choose monthly, then you can cancel at anytime, however we do not give refunds for part months. If you choose an annual plan, you can cancel at anytime, how ever we do not give refunds for the remaining months in your subscription.
