How do I get started?
To use the online payments portal you need to set up a merchant account with Payrix. The application form takes about 10 minutes and approval is usually within 48 hours (business days).
How does it work?
When your Payrix account is set up you can integrate this with your CreditorWatch Collect account in just a few minutes. From there you can add ‘pay now‘ buttons into your email and SMS reminders. Your customers can then view and pay their invoices in just a few clicks, directly from the reminders you send.
Is it available to anyone?
To set up a CreditorWatch Collect payment portal your business must be located in Australia, New Zealand or the USA, have an active CreditorWatch Collect account and have successfully set up a merchant account with Payrix.
Integration with my accounting system?
CreditorWatch Collect’s payment portal can be used with any accounting system. If you’re a Xero user, once set-up you’ll be able to integrate your portal with Xero to streamline the reconciliation process further.
