IS MY ACCOUNTING DATA SAFE?
Yes. Your CreditorWatch Collect data is backed up daily and data transmission is secured by industry standard 128 bit encryption. Our infrastructure is hosted on Amazon EC2 and has been audited and tested by 3rd party security experts.
CAN DEBTOR DADDY MAKE CHANGES TO MY ACCOUNTING DATA?
No. CreditorWatch Collect only reads data from your accounting software, it does not make any changes to it.
CAN I USE DEBTOR DADDY IF I DON’T USE ONLINE ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE?
Sorry, no. In order to use CreditorWatch Collect you must have an account with one of the following accounting apps: Xero, Quickbooks Online and MYOB AccountRight Live. Don’t see your app in the list? Email us.
HOW OFTEN IS INFORMATION SYNCED FROM MY ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE?
Once a day at around midnight. Or you can manually sync at any time.
CAN I CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME?
Yes, you can. Cancel at any time (although we don’t give refunds for any remaining days on your subscription).
